Tropical Sunshine Parfait

- 2 Parfait glasses
- Spoon
Ingredients
- 1 cup Low-calorie coconut yogurt
- ½ cup Pineapple chunks
- ½ cup Ripe mango slices
- 4 Fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 Tbsp Toasted coconut flakes
Instructions
- Begin by washing all of the fruits under cold running water for 2-4 minutes and pat dry with a paper towel.
- In each parfait glass, start by layering a spoonful of low-calorie coconut yogurt at the bottom.
- Next, add a layer of juicy pineapple chunks on top of the yogurt.
- Follow with a layer of ripe mango slices.
- Add a layer of sliced fresh strawberries on top of the mango.
- Repeat the layers if desired, ending with a final layer of coconut yogurt on top.
- Sprinkle each parfait with a tablespoon of toasted coconut flakes for a crunchy finish.
