  • 1 Lg Yellow onion, peeled roughly chopped
  • 2 Celery stalks, roughly chopped
  • 2 Carrots, peeled roughly chopped
  • 4 Sprigs fresh thyme
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 2 Cloves fresh garlic, crushed
  • 8 Cups Water
